Our Sixth Wine Bar in Crouch End is Now Open!

Our sixth wine bar is now open, right in the heart of Crouch End. Relaxed and understated, our North London wine bar is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work, catch up with the other half over date night, enjoy a bottomless Saturday lunch with friends or indulge in a Sunday roast with the family - including the dog of course as all of our wine bars are dog friendly!) Our Humble Ethos

We don’t compromise on quality, across both our wine and food menus. Our 450-strong wine list is made up of sustainable wines imported directly from our cherished “Hero Producers” across 20 countries, many on an exclusive basis making them impossible to be found anywhere else in the UK. Not all heroes wear capes…some press grapes. And these independent winemakers from small-production, family-run, organic vineyards around the world champion biodynamic, organic and/or sustainable winemaking. These boutique producers are the heart of our family. They visit the venues to train the team face-to-face, building a mutual respect and rapport and passing on their enthusiasm and love for their product.

Wine Tastings and Experiences

Keep an eye on our socials to be the first to know about our monthly World of Wine series, comprised of wine tastings and masterclasses at our Crouch End wine bar, where colourful anecdotes are uncorked and flow just as easily as the wine itself. Our wine experts will be on hand to share their knowledge and passion. Learn more about our wine tasting and experiences.

Sustainable Food

The dishes on the menu have been created to complement the wine list, using the best produce from suppliers who share our strong sustainability ethos.

The Curds & Cured selection of local artisan cheese and charcuterie provides the perfect nibble to accompany an aromatic Riesling or light-bodied Barbera. Light lunches or aperitivo hours call for small but perfectly formed plates of flavourful food, like our crispy cauliflower with lime aioli and chilli ketchup; or pulled lamb with whipped feta, mint salsa and harissa. Bigger appetites can indulge in larger plates, including our beautifully tender, signature Cote de Boeuf with all the trimmings.

Whether you’re gluten free, plant-based or pescatarian, we have plenty of options for all. Book your table at Crouch End and don’t forget, we are a dog-friendly restaurant too!

Private Events and Weddings

A special celebration to remember calls for our semi-private Cellar Room, ideal for intimate dinners or small wedding receptions of up to 12 people against walls of beautiful bottles. Come the summer, our courtyard style al fresco terrace will be a go-to suntrap for a crisp glass of chilled crémant. Learn more about our private events and speak with our Event Manager Ryan.

Our Team

A huge part of Humble Grape is our fun and engaging team made up of wine enthusiasts who will embrace the opportunity to share their knowledge, make recommendations and showcase the love that lies behind each label. Make sure to introduce yourself to our General Manager Hugo who can advise you on your next favourite bottle!
