As part of your WSET experience, you’ll be tasting wines from these wonderful vineyards, with our WSET accredited educators uncorking their stories behind the winemakers that make them so special. We’ll also be adding to the experience with some Humble dishes – a light snack for our Level 1 evening classes and a lunch during our full day Level 2 classes.

Timings: 6.30pm – 8.30pm (the exam will take place on the third date)
The Level 1 WSET Award in Wine is designed to give you a solid introductory understanding of wine. From uncovering the secrets of key grape varieties to mastering basic wine styles and how to serve wine like a pro, this course sets the stage for your epic wine journey. We’ll be serving up a selection of 9 premium wines from various regions from crisp whites to elegant reds, offering a glimpse into the diverse world of wine styles.

Timings: 10am – 4.30pm including lunch, with the exam taking place on the last date
The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines is where your wine exploration goes up a notch! Led by our certified WSET educators, this award is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in wine knowledge.
From understanding key grape varietals, styles, winemaking techniques to embarking on a virtual tour of key wine regions, you’ll gain expertise that will elevate your wine appreciation. Get ready for a palate-pleasing journey as we serve up a premium line up of 45 wines from 11 different countries around the glove. This learning journey will open up your senses to a diverse range of aromas, flavours and textures, across the many wine styles of the world.
