1. Domaine Allimant-Laugner, Crémant d’Alsace Rosé, NV, Alsace, France
Prepare to be enchanted by the tale of Domaine Allimant-Laugner, a charming winery nestled in the picturesque Northern Alsace, France. For 10 generations, this boutique gem went by the name ‘Allimant’. Then, three generations ago, fate intervened in the form of a love story straight out of a romance novel. A young lass from the Allimant clan fell head over heels for a lad from the neighbouring Laugner family, and voilà - Domaine Allimant-Laugner was born!
Fast forward to today, and their love has blossomed into a legacy of exquisite wines, including the divine Crémant d’Alsace Rosé. This sparkling rosé isn’t just your average bubbly – with its delicate blush hue and irresistible flavour, it’s practically tailor-made for a romantic rendezvous.
