Wine Tasting & Event Terms & Conditions

Please note, ticket purchases for events are under Returns & Exchanges*

1) A 50% deposit will secure your booking. 

The remainder of the event to be paid 14 days prior.

2) We request final guest numbers to be confirmed 14 days prior.

This allows us to base the final invoice on confirmed numbers and for the event to be settled 100% prior to the date. 

3) Rescheduling your event: please let us know 14 days prior to the scheduled event, so we can release the space. We can reschedule up to 2 times. Reschedule is allowed for within the next 3 months after the original date and if there is a date that you’re interested in, we can check availability. Should you wish to reschedule more than 2 times, then your original deposit will be retained and a new deposit will be requested to secure your event.

4)  Should you cancel within 14 days of the event, all monies will be non-refundable.

5) We can host wine tastings for a minimum of 8 guests. If your guest count decreases below this, we may have to revise the wine tasting & event offering. 

Returns & Exchanges

1) We do not offer any cash refund

2) Should you receive a faulty wine, please contact Wine Manager wine@humblegrape.co.uk to discuss more

3) If you are able to physically bring the faulty wine into a Humble Grape shop, we will aim to exchange. 

4) If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will be able to issue the value back in a digital voucher which can be used online or at any Humble Grape venue

5) If you bought a ticket to a wine tasting event & can no longer attend, if we are notified one week or more in advance we will be able to move your ticket to a future date, depending on availability. Please note, this date change is limited to one time only.

1) We ship to Mainland UK

2) Minimum orders spend is £100

3) We charge free delivery on orders over £150

4) Please include a mobile number and email address at the time of check out, should our logistics team have to contact you regarding your order

5) Should you need to contact us, please include your order number and email wine@humbelgrape.co.uk

6) Order before 11AM, we aim to deliver the next business day.

7) Want the wines delivered in the next hour? You could use UberEats & Deliveroo… But we prefer you didn’t, as they charge us too much & we cannot offer you any loyalty or rewards. We are trialling our own quick delivery platform. Click here to see all our locations.
